The key to generating significant sales is to incorporate a link to your mall into the main navigation bar of your website, so that the link to your mall appears on each page of your website, especially your home page. Adding a link to your mall to your Facebook, MySpace and Twitter pages is also very helpful. Even charities with a small membership base will benefit from one of our malls, as we anticipate that just 7 sales per day will generate about $1,000 per month.   • Once my mall is built, how do I incorporate it into my website?
    • If you choose to host your mall at your domain (Your-Domain.com/mall), then all that has to be done is to ask your website developer to create a two frame page. You have full control over the top frame, allowing you to customize it with your website's logo and colors. The bottom frame (the mall) should redirect to your mall which is hosted on our servers (we will provide you with the specific URL when we set up your mall). Once we publish your mall, your mall will be fully operational. Simply direct your members and supporters to your mall and watch the revenue of your organization increase.

      If you choose to not host your mall at your domain and instead host it at another domain (Your-Organization-Mall.com), simply point the nameservers for the domain at which you wish to host your mall to our nameservers (NS1.FutureQuest.net, NS2.FutureQuest.net and NS3.FutureQuest.net). Once the nameservers propagate and we publish your mall, your mall will be fully operational. Simply direct your members and supporters to your mall and watch the revenue of your organization increase.

  • Does Fundraising Solutions provide hosting and a domain name?
    • We will host your mall at no cost to you. We use quality hosting companies, and never use budget hosting companies. Currently, all our malls at hosted at FutureQuest.net, one of the best hosting companies out there.

      If you do not want your Fundraising Solutions mall to be hosted on your domain, you can select and register the domain name of your choice. Your mall will be hosted at that domain.

  • Does Fundraising Solutions provide support if I need help?

  • How long does it take for Fundraising Solutions to build a mall for me?
    • We will have your customized mall ready to satisfy your members' and supporters' shopping needs in just a few days.
  • How and when do I receive the revenue generated by my mall?
    • We transfer the revenue generated by your mall to you on a monthly basis. Normally, pay out is made by way of a check, with a check for each month's sales being mailed during the first two weeks of the following month. For example, if your mall generated $10,000 in revenue in January, then your organization would receive a check for $10,000 during the first two weeks of February.

  • How do I know how much revenue my mall has generated?
    • You have online access to detailed sales statistics, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We provide you with summary and detailed statistics of your traffic and sales, broken down by period and day. You can easily determine how much revenue you have earned in any given period. To do so, simply log into your account by clicking on the "LOG IN" button, which is located at the top left corner of every page of this website.
  • Are the sales statistics for my mall real time?
    • No. We track traffic and sales statistics in real time and make this information available to you on a monthly basis.
  • Does Fundraising Solutions generate traffic for my mall?

      By far, the most effective way to market your mall is to add the word “MALL” or “STORE” to the main navigation bar of your website, thereby making your mall part of the navigation structure of your website.
